Lead HSR Couse (and refresher)
Target group
The Lead Health and Safety Representative Course is aimed at employees who are responsible for setting up, implementing and maintaining the Health and Safety Organisation (HSO). In terms of training and experience, course participants should, at the very least, work at an intermediate vocational level.
What does the Lead HSR do?
As lead HSR you are familiar with occupational health legislation and you advise the management on setting up a HSO. You are responsible for setting up the HSO policy and translating it into concrete measures. You ensure that, at all times, enough certified unit/section leaders, health and safety representatives and, if applicable, first aiders are available.
